Shipping Policy
Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday only. Orders are typically dispatched within 7 working days of the order being placed. We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes but please note that Estimated Delivery Times are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.
Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. However, there may be delays during busy periods (including sales).
* Note: Working days – Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays & weekends). Naturally there will be delays for orders that are paid on Saturdays and Sundays.
We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not provide any special packaging at this moment.
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place each order separately for each unique address.
SHIPPING CHARGES
SYARIKAT YOONG ONN SDN BHD’s delivery will only be limited to local delivery only. We are unable to ship to international addresses at this moment.
Shipping costs are determined by of carton’s weight, measurement & volumetric of the products.
SYARIKAT YOONG ONN SDN BHD’s charges a standard shipping & handling fee of RM7.00 for the first 3KG on all purchases within West Malaysia.
For every subsequent KG following the first 3 will be charged of a standard rate which subject to our delivery rate card based on the delivery address.
These conditions are subject to change by the management.
There will be STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.
There will be STRICTLY NO CHANGES for any personal information included shipping address once the order and transaction is confirmed.
We strive to deliver your purchased products within the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated courier on Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
The shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping cost based on your location in Malaysia upon checkout.
You may also instantly check the shipping cost by using our shopping cart shipping estimator. Simply [Add to Cart] the items, go to [View Cart] and [Calculate Shipping].
STANDARD DELIVERY LEAD TIME
Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 2 - 5 business day(s) if they are placed before 12:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Aside from public holidays, orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday and shipped out from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business day(s).
Delivery ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) are as follows:
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 5 working days for your order to arrive.
- Sabah / Sarawak: 5 – 8 working days for your order to arrive.
Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional of 2 – 3 working days.
SALE / PROMOTIONAL PERIODS
During peak sale / promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead times due to surges in online order volumes.
- Peninsular Malaysia: Additional 3 - 5 working days for your order to arrive.
- Sabah / Sarawak: Additional 3 - 7 working days for your order to arrive.
It is advised to place your order 2 weeks in advance of festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
Please locate your tracking number (example: MY18000000000) in the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your registered user account. Alternatively, you can click [here] to check your parcel delivery status via the tracking website page. Please take note that tracking numbers may take a few hours to be reflected in our tracking system after you have received the delivery confirmation email.
